This workshop develops the skills required to deal with all decision-making situations. Processes will be introduced and practiced so that each participant will be prepared to be a more effective and efficient decision-maker. As well, a variety of powerful decision-making tools will be introduced so that participants can choose specific techniques best suited to specific situations.

- Assess difficulties inherent to the implementation process
- Analyze why difficulties may arise

- Establish the acceptable minimum effectiveness level
- Prepare contingency if minimum effectiveness is not reached
